4. Our "Triple-Guard" Packaging
Since our Krystalline Shila items have a high-gloss, glass-like finish, we use a specialized triple-layer packaging process:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
6. Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution, but if your item arrives damaged:

You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package.

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you upon verification.
7. Incorrect Address / RTO
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.
