1. Order Processing Time

  • All our items are hand-inspected before dispatch.

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for us to prepare and package your order for safe transit.

  • During festival seasons (Diwali, Varalakshmi Vratam, etc.), processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Charges

  • Domestic (India): We offer reliable shipping across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within:

  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external courier delays or regional holidays.

4. Our "Triple-Guard" Packaging

Since our Krystalline Shila items have a high-gloss, glass-like finish, we use a specialized triple-layer packaging process:

  1. Anti-Scratch Wrap: To protect the mirror finish.

  2. Shock-Absorbent Foam: To prevent impact damage.

  3. Heavy-Duty Corrugated Box: To ensure structural safety during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@lakshmipeeta.com with the video and order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you upon verification.

7. Incorrect Address / RTO

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.
