Return & Refund Policy

Our "Prasad" Promise

At LakshmiPeeta.com, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our sacred items. Each piece is inspected for quality and vibration before it leaves our studio. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned during transit.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for items that are:

  • Received in a physically damaged condition.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Different from the item ordered.

Note: The 7-day window begins from the date the tracking status shows "Delivered."

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Crucial)

To protect the sanctity of our products and ensure a smooth resolution, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or "missing item" claims.

  • The video must start from the unopened package.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The video must show the product being taken out and the damage being identified.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused: For spiritual reasons, any item that has been used in a Puja, Abhishekam, or placed in a mandir cannot be returned.
  • In Original Packaging: Must include all boxes, coins, and stands as received.
  • Krystalline Shila Variations: Please remember that slight variations in coin placement or tiny air bubbles are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered "defects."

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.
  • Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Items that show signs of usage or cleaning with harsh chemicals.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, Bank, or Card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your unboxing video at support@lakshmipeeta.com.
